What size stage do I need for my event?

The right stage size depends on the type of event, number of performers and available space. Smaller events such as community shows or acoustic performances may suit compact mobile stages, while festivals and larger productions typically require larger truss stages.

We can recommend a suitable stage based on your event requirements.

How long does it take to set up a stage?

Setup time depends on the stage type and site conditions

Mobile stages can often be set up within a few hours

Larger festival stages and production setups will take longer

Full production packages including sound and lighting may require a full day or more, this is the reason why when you hire a package from us, we give you a day prior to your event, and a day post the event FREE OF CHARGE.

We will always advise on setup times during the planning stage.

Do you provide sound and lighting with stage hire?

Yes. We provide professional sound system hire and stage lighting either as standalone services or as part of a complete production package.

Many clients choose a combined stage, sound and lighting package to simplify event setup and ensure everything works together.

Yes. Although we are based in Essex, we supply stage hire and event production services for events across the UK.

Can your stages be used outdoors?

Yes. ALL of our stages are designed for outdoor use and include roof structures and weather protection. Larger stages are also built to meet wind loading requirements.

Can you supply staging for marquees or indoor events?

Yes. We provide modular staging systems that are ideal for marquees, indoor venues, conferences and weddings. These can be configured to suit different layouts and spaces.

Do you provide crew with your equipment?

Yes. We can supply experienced technicians including sound engineers, lighting operators and stage crew as part of your hire or production package.
