We are engineers, technicians, stage builders, sound engineers, lighting operators, and event professionals not salespeople, That means when you contact us for a quotation, you wont receive endless phone calls, pressure selling, automated follow-up emails, or somebody trying to close the deal.

We simply don’t work that way.

Our Approach

When you ask us for a quote, we will:

Discuss your event properly

Recommend suitable equipment

Provide an honest quotation

Answer any technical questions

Hold the quoted equipment for up to 7 days where possible

After that, the decision is entirely yours. If you decide to proceed with us, fantastic we look forward to working with you, If you decide to go elsewhere, that is absolutely your choice, and we genuinely respect that.

No Pressure. No Badgering. No Chasing.

We will never:

Repeatedly phone you

Pressure you into booking

Attempt to upsell unnecessary equipment

Use sales tactics or limited time pressure

Chase you for a decision
